One Day of filming alongside Photography:

  • Filming up to 10 hours if needed

  • Pre-production hours for meeting, scouting, pulling stock footage examples.

  • Crew for audio, 4K cinema camera, dolly, gimbal and lighting package included.

  • Professional photography alongside each video shot with images for brochures, web, social media.

  • B-roll shots of entrance, lobby, new logo, conference room, Bob, Lee, and Jason’s offices and interaction with all 3 main attorneys with actors/clients. All three in their offices w/ clients as well as the conference room, plus greetings/goodbyes near entrance.

  • Additional staff DKO wish to have featured by main entrance and in offices.

  • Interviews with Bob, Lee, and Jason covering the mission of DKO, why they became attorneys, and the hope they have with each case they take on. We can easily add-on questions in the interview for an “attorney spotlight” video for each like a bio page, but on video.

  • Additional b-roll of staged court room scene with jurors, and presentation with large blown-up illustrations presenting a medical case. (Replaces footage of Brad in previous video)

  • Additional time on a separate filming day for drone video shots of Bond Bridge/KC skyline, Lightwell building, other areas in KC is included.

  • Editing hours for web-header video with 2 rounds of changes

  • Editing hours for About Us video cutting interviews and b-roll to update the most recent 2013 video.

  • Raw Footage delivered to DKO for future changes to web header video by DKO or web company.

  • Photography edited with a culled image library delivered online with image touch-ups if needed.

This proposal delivers a website header video to the quality of the Groom Law Group website, plus an About Us video with the hopes of that lasting 10 years like the last video, with professional photography of the scenes used in the video.

Total pre-production, crew, filming, drone aerials, photography, editing and revisions: $10,750.00

Options:

Package A:
- Only the web header video: $6250
We can film only what we need to in one day as well as edit the Website Header Video only with this option.

Package B:
- Website header video, plus About Us Video w/ no photos: $8,750.00
With this, we film the interviews and edit the About Us video with music licensing for the website/social media.

Package C:
- Website header video, plus About Us Video, plus professional photos for brochures, website and social media content: $10750.00.
This option is maximizing a full day of filming/photographing for the website header, still photos to be used in the mobile version of the site, plus photos for the rest of the site/social media.


Website Header Objective: Establish Kansas City in a non-elitist way, show the skyline, Lightwell building, moving closer/in to the building, first attorney greeting at the front desk w/ painted wall and logo, conference room client shot with second attorney, third attorney greeting in lobby,

Next Steps:

  • Complete office renovation: paint entry wall behind logo, furniture in conference room and lobby, decide if updates to furniture in Bob/Lee/Jason’s offices is necessary.

  • DKO secures model/talent clients of diverse backgrounds: 1-2 people or couples for Lee, 1-2 for Bob, 1-2 for Jason.

  • DKO secures mock trial setup room at UMKC or other location for mock trial presentation along with 5-6 pretend jurors.

  • DKO gathers illustrations, large medical boards (can be same as used in video back in 2013), along with any computer animations/models to be used.

  • DKO secures pretend medical chart with “expert” medical pretend person for shots with charts/illustrations.

  • Schedule day-of shoot with available attorneys, staff, and talent along with mock trial room.

  • Mike lays out schedule minimum of 7 days before shoot, secures crew and photographer if photo package is selected.

  • Mike films drone shots and b-roll around KC necessary for the web header video.

  • Mike and crew films on-site w/ DKO

  • Mike edits first draft of web header video, delivers online, two rounds of changes to follow.

  • Mike edits About Us video if package is selected, delivers online, two rounds of changes to follow.

  • Billing is divided 50/50. 50% up front to cover filming and crew fees, remaining 50% upon approval and completion of deliverables.
